    The mission of Capital Guards Camp #1263, Sons of Confederate Veterans, is to preserve, protect and promote the good name of the Confederate Soldier. We will achieve this through selfless action, right conduct, and community involvement. In a spirit of Trust, Cooperation, and Commitment, we will infuse our local community with a sense of pride in the State of Texas and its Confederate heroes by uniting in a common history for the legacy of the Confederate States of America.


    Meeting Times

    Sons of the Confederate Veterans Capital Guards Camp #1263 meets monthly in Austin, Texas. Our monthly meeting are held at the Texas Military Forces Museum at Camp Mabry on MoPac Expressway at 35th Street on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The meetings are open to the public and you are certainly invited to attend. The meeting begins at 7 pm.
